Thank you for shopping at CÉCA Activewear! We hope you love your purchase and that our items support your active lifestyle. However, if you're not completely satisfied, returning your order is quick and easy.
Return Period
You have the right to return one or more items within 14 days of receiving your order. During this period, you may cancel your purchase without providing any reason.
Please note: Your return must arrive at our warehouse in the Netherlands within the 14-day window. Make sure to ship your return in time to meet this deadline.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

For promotions or bundle deals (e.g., 1+1 free), both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.
How to Return

Request your return: Email us at hello@ceca-activewear.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return.

Receive return label: We will send you a return shipping label by email.

Return shipping cost:
For returns within the Netherlands, a fee of €7.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. For returns from outside the Netherlands, a fee of €9.95 applies. -
Pack and ship: Pack your items securely and use the provided label to ship the package.
Free Shipping Adjustment on Returns
Did your original order qualify for free shipping (on orders over €75)?
If, after returning items, your final order value drops below €75, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

€5.95 for orders within the Netherlands

€9.95 for international orders
These costs will be automatically applied during the refund process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please allow a few working days for the transaction to appear, depending on your payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email hello@ceca-activewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will help resolve the situation quickly.
Can I return something after the 14-day return period?
Returns outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund. In certain cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact our customer service to discuss the options.
What if the item I want in exchange is out of stock?
