General queries
How do I track my order?
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are fulfilled and shipped the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.
You can use this code to track your package through our tracking portal. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
For deliveries within the Netherlands, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 days.
For deliveries within Europe, shipping takes approximately 2-5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
What payment methods can I use?
We offer a range of secure and convenient payment options to enhance your shopping experience. Here's what we accept:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Local Payment Methods: IDEAL, BanContact, Sofort (availability varies by country)
- PayPal: For easy and secure transactions

Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located next to the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what now?
Sometimes our email ends up in your spam folder, so please check there first. If you still can't find it, we may have the wrong email address on file. Please contact our customer service team, and they will be happy to assist you!
I entered the wrong address, what now?
If you have entered the wrong address or want your order delivered to a different location, it's best to email our customer service team. We can update your address as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact our customer service team or refer to our refund policy for more information.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
We carefully check all items, but unfortunately, a defective item may occasionally be delivered. If this happens, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the defect.
We will assist you as soon as possible. Please wait for a response from our customer service team before returning the item or taking any further steps.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship to Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, and France.
